Staying with Us

Prior to arrival of our guest all our bedrooms are deep clean including use of Ozone generating machine to ensure health and safety. Our housekeeping team will seal room doors with a sticker in preparation for your arrival.

All the Linen we are using is washed in a high temperature for optimal disinfection.

We are providing clean and disinfected keys at the check in together with a welcome letter filled with useful information to reduce time at the reception.

In line with many hotels across the UK that already use Ozone Generating Machines we have decided to deploy them as part of our cleaning regime to ensure we are as safe and hygienic as possible for your visit.

Trained members of our house keeping team will use these machines when the rooms are vacated. Their use will be in line with the manufacturers instructions and we have carried out a risk assessment to keep our staff and customers safe.

Ozone generators provide an efficient natural air cleaning, odour neutralizing and sanitisng system. The ozone produced quickly converts itself automatically back to Oxygen before the room is entered.
