Saddleback Suite

This suite was created from the upper floor of the Cottage which originally adjoined the Horse and Farrier but is now incorporated into the main building.

There is a lovely entrance hall with tea and coffee making facilities leading to a lounge/ Bedroom and spectacular ensuite bathroom.

The large bathroom features a wonderful roll top free standing bath, separate shower and double vanity unit.

There is a couple of steps down and  back up to the lounge area - a feature  like Saddleback shape of Blencathra after which the suite is named and  giving the headroom to enable the preservation of the ancient beam of the roof trusses as a great feature of this cosy 1700’s listed building.

There's a comfy chair and a large upholstered footstool the large flat screen TV is conveniently placed so TV can be watched from both the lounge and also  from bed should you be so inclined.

The bedroom area features a super king sized bed which can be converted to two singles if required, There is a Free standing wardrobe and large dressing table by English Cabinet Co there is a hair dryer large flat screen TV.

The bedroom has south facing windows with views of the hills. Both areas have charging points for your equipment as well as Wi-Fi connection in addition there is access to the nearby drying room if you have been exposed to Cumbrian weather. The Drying Room has an ironing board and iron for guest use.
